case study — industrial website rebuild
CNC Manufacturing, Inc.
An AS9100D-certified aerospace machine shop in Coatesville, PA — 37,000 square feet of precision machining for performance-critical parts. They wanted a website built to the same tolerances as their work, and we delivered it from the spindle up.
CNC Manufacturing machines performance-critical parts for aerospace, defense, and medical customers. The brief from the owner was simple: lead with the aerospace credibility, spotlight the milling capabilities, and make the AS9100D certification impossible to miss.
We rebuilt every page as a fast static site, verified every photo caption against the actual machines on the shop floor (machinists notice that kind of detail, so we sweat it too), and kept the main pages at the exact addresses they'd held for years — so the search standing behind them came along with the new site instead of starting over.
Five people on their team followed the build on a private staging link — not just the owner, but the people who'd actually use it day to day. They phoned and emailed feedback, and saw it folded straight into the build. It was the first site to ship under the Codecenter name.
