optional, never required

Care Plans

Your site — or your cloud infrastructure — is built to just run. A care plan is for the moments you'd rather not think about it at all — when you want a change made, things watched, and one less thing on your plate. Email the request; consider it handled.

the idea

An old-school maintenance plan — done the modern way

Most of what we build just needs the hosting bill paid. But the platforms underneath your site keep changing — software drifts, things break over time — and sometimes you'd rather just say “make this change” and move on. That's what a care plan is for: a flat fee, someone who already knows your system, and a monthly check-in to keep it humming.

how it works

Email a request. Consider it handled.

  1. Send a request

Email what you need — a copy change, a new photo, a small feature, a quick question. Plain English, no ticket system to learn. A photo of your idea scrawled on a napkin is a perfectly good spec; we’ve shipped from worse.

  2. We confirm who’s asking

Requests are checked against the people you’ve authorized — and what each of them can ask for. Someone on your team can send a copy change without being able to touch anything else, and nobody outside that list gets anything changed.

  3. We take care of it

AI-accelerated, human-overseen — the small stuff in your monthly allowance just gets handled, not parked in a backlog for weeks. When a change ships, you get a status update — you’re never left wondering.

  4. Month-end rollup + invoice

Once a month, your month-end rollup: a complete status update of what changed, how everything’s running, and your invoice — all in one place. No surprises.

what you get

What a care plan covers

Scaled to your plan — take what you need, skip what you don't.

A monthly allowance of small changes

Copy edits, swapped images, a new page, little tweaks — the small stuff, included up to your plan’s amount each month.

Managed hosting

Your AWS or Cloudflare kept humming and configured to best practices — handled, so you never have to think about it.

Upkeep & a watchful eye

We keep an eye on uptime and health so you don’t have to. We check every change against the live site before we call it done, and if something looks off we chase it down — and you hear from us either way.

Kept humming as the web churns

Dependencies deprecate, third-party APIs change, hosts shift, certificates expire — the web churns under every site. We track that churn and keep your code patched and adjusted — security updates applied as they land, breaking changes headed off before they bite — so your site doesn’t quietly rot while you’re busy running the business.

A real rollup report

Each month, a plain-English rollup of what changed and how things are running — delivered with your invoice.

Ask the person who built it

Want a hand, a second opinion, or a gut check before you commit to something? You’re emailing the engineer who built the thing — not filing a ticket into a queue.

the deal

Simple, and never a trap

A care plan is a flat monthly or annual fee, scaled to how much included work you want each month. Anything bigger than the allowance is quoted up front — never a surprise on the invoice.

And it's entirely optional. Start it, pause it, or take the keys and run things yourself anytime — no lock-in, ever. You stay on a plan because it's easier, not because you're stuck.

Pricing depends on the plan. Tell us what you've got and what you'd want covered, and we'll put together something that fits.

Got a project on the bench?

Tell us what you're building (or what's broken). You'll get a straight answer from the principal who'd own your project — there is no sales department to survive first.
