Big-company engineering.
No big company attached.

Codecenter LLC is what happens when an experienced engineer teams up with an AI that never sleeps: industrial-strength websites, principal-level engineering, and whole-operation overhauls — fast, secure, mobile-first, and increasingly architected inside an AI framework we build and run ourselves.

what we do

Three things, done extremely well

Sharp websites for anyone with something to offer, principal-level engineering for whoever needs a hand, and whole-operation overhauls for enterprises tangled in systems they can no longer see. Small shop, serious range.

For startups, shops, and everyone between

Websites that mean business

Fast, secure, mobile-first websites for anyone with something to offer — startups, founders, local businesses, machine shops alike. Built for the phone first, where most visitors land now, and just as polished on the desktop. A site as sharp as the work behind it.

Software that pays off

Cloud architecture, Python backends, databases, integrations, and rescues of code nobody else will touch. Claude does the heavy lifting now; a principal engineer makes the calls that keep it fast, secure, and easy to live with.

What we build

Enterprise modernization & turnaround

Modernize the whole operation

Big company, dozens of systems that don’t talk, each watched its own way, cost and headcount piling up just to keep the lights on. We refactor the whole estate onto one shared way to monitor, fix, and ship — tied together in a single dashboard — so a leaner team, yours and steered by us, runs all of it with total visibility.

An agentic connector for the work itself

Beyond client builds, we're developing something of our own: Codecenter Ops, an agentic connector that plugs a shop's day-to-day — quoting a part, chasing what's missing, knowing who's on it — into Claude Cowork, so you can just ask in plain language and get an answer grounded in your own numbers.

It learns how your shop works

Every shop quotes its own way, and the good judgment usually sits with a couple of people. Ops picks that up as you go, so quoting stops depending on any one person being at their desk.

It picks up where you left off

Come back to a job next week and the context is still there — what it is, what’s missing, what got decided. Nobody re-explains anything.

It keeps the team in step

Who’s on what, who’s out, and what’s waiting on someone — so a job doesn’t stall quietly while everybody assumes it’s handled.

It gets sharper the more you use it

Won, lost, or walked away from — how jobs actually end feeds back in, so your estimating keeps improving instead of resetting every quarter.

why a small, senior team

Small on purpose. Mighty on principle.

Small is the point, not the caveat. The engineer who scopes your project is the one who builds it — and the one still answering your email in year three. AI carries the volume; a principal makes every call that matters.

Senior all the way down
The engineer you email is the one who designs it, directs the build, and stands behind the result. No account manager in the middle, no hand-off to the B-team — there is no B-team.
AI-accelerated, human-approved
Claude drafts at machine speed; a principal engineer decides what survives — the architecture call, the security call, the does-this-actually-feel-good-to-use call. The tools are more powerful than ever; you still shouldn’t have to operate them yourself. That’s the whole point of handing it over.
Accessible & honest by default
WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and zero dark patterns, every time. We build privacy-first — this very site runs no tracking cookies and no analytics — and when a project genuinely needs them, we keep it minimal and above-board. Software that respects the people using it.
You own everything
Your code, your content, your domain — in your name from day one, and hosting that moves to your own cloud account whenever you want it there. Built on standard, well-supported technology and documented well enough that any competent developer could pick it up tomorrow. We hand you the keys; your business never depends on ours. No lock-in, ever.

Don't take our word for it

From the engineers and executives who've shipped alongside our principal — public LinkedIn recommendations, quoted with gratitude.

With a prodigious effort, Bill virtually single-handedly put together [our] entire AWS-based infrastructure. His code was a thing of beauty. His knowledge of AWS is profound. Any company that Bill works for is VERY lucky to have him.

Paul Reimer

Technology executive

Bill's expertise in designing secure and scalable software architectures is truly impressive. His dedication to creating robust solutions is evident in every project he takes on.
